Fixomull Stretch

Description

Fixomull Stretch is a hypoallergenic, non-woven fixation tape designed to secure dressings over a wide area, especially on frequently mobile and highly contoured parts of the body. It is made from a white, stretchable non-woven polyester sheet coated with a skin-friendly polyacrylate adhesive on quick-release backing paper to keep the dressing firmly secured on all sides.

The material is permeable to air and moisture, reducing the risk of maceration. It is also radiotransparent, so it does not need to be removed for X-ray examinations or radiotherapy. The tape can be cut to the required size, so it can be tailored to protect the entire wound dressing against contamination while avoiding unnecessary wastage.
