How to find the right knee brace size

Position your knee at a 120° angle. With the help of a measuring tape, measure the circumference of your thigh five ½ inches above the middle of your kneecap, and your calf ¾ inches below the middle of your kneecap.

How to use the knee brace

Hold the upper edges of the knee support and pull it over your foot. Pull it up your leg until the Motion-Comfort-Zone is positioned comfortably at the back of your knee and the stabilizing pressure pad surrounds your kneecap.

How to care for your knee brace

You can hand or machine wash the Actimove Professional Line GenuMotion using a gentle wash cycle (at 30°C/85°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
