Refund and Returns Policy

Primed Rehab Equipment Supplies strive to provide high-quality exercise rehabilitation equipment to its customers. However, we understand that there may be situations where a customer may wish to return a product. To ensure a hassle-free and satisfactory return process, we have developed the following return policy in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns:

If a customer has changed their mind about a purchase, they may return the product within 30 days of receipt, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. A restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price may be charged.

Faulty or Defective Product Returns:

In the event that a product is faulty or defective, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, upon receiving the returned item.

Warranty Claims:

All products sold by Primed Rehab Equipment Supplies come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If a customer experiences a problem with a product during the warranty period, they should contact us immediately at customercare@primedrehab.com.au We will facilitate the warranty claim process with the manufacturer on behalf of the customer.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to Primed Rehab Equipment Supplies, unless the product is faulty or defective. We recommend that customers use a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. We hope that our customers will be satisfied with their purchases from Primed Rehab Equipment Supplies. However, if they do need to return a product, we are committed to providing a fair and reasonable return process in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions. We will then process your refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.
